Gloria Tam,  Professor Gloria Tam is the Associate Dean of Professional Learning and Development at Minerva Project. At Minerva, Gloria works on education innovation and learningtransformation. She manages a leadership journey called "ManagingComplexity", which brings in leaders and blends in systems thinking,behavioral science, decision leadership and empathy to help leaders thrive inan VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment. Gloria worksclosely with corporate and organizations, as well as faculty and instructionaldesigners to design curriculum, refine pedagogy and impact measurement, basedon the science of learning. Previously, Gloria was the Executive Director atYale School of Management Center for Customer Insights, and the Head of GlobalOnboard Learning at McKinsey & Company. 

Dr. Poornima Luthra is an educator as well as a corporate trainer, keynote and Tedx speaker, and World Economic Forum article contributor. She has over 12 years of teaching experience in the area of talent management and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) focusing specifically on generational, cultural and cognitive diversity and has written a number of cases with large multinational companies. She combines her years of experience in education with her research on generations to inspire educators and educational institutions to think about the future of education for the generations to come. Poornima also serves as the vice-chair of the board of trustees of the Copenhagen International School and was a faculty member of the Singapore Management University prior to joining the Copenhagen Business School.
